What this site collects, and what it doesn’t.

Who this covers

First Principle Growth is the trading name of First Principle Group LLC, a limited liability company in Florida, United States (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what happens to information you share through firstprinciplegrowth.com.

What is collected

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you type are sent to me so I can reply. That is the only personal information this site asks for.

The site stores one preference in your browser’s local storage: whether you have switched motion on or off. It never leaves your device and contains nothing about you.

The site does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not embed social media trackers. If hosting-level request logs are kept by the hosting provider, they are used only to keep the site running.

How it is used

Messages are used to reply to you and, if we work together, to understand your situation. They are not added to a marketing list, sold, or shared with anyone else, except a service used to deliver email or store the message on my behalf.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept for as long as our conversation, or our work together, is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. Ask at any time and I will delete what I hold about you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing hello@firstprinciplegrowth.com. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights over your data, those rights apply and I will honor them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
